It’s been quite some time, and we’ve missed all our patients so much!
At NSC, patient safety is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why, during these months of forced closure, we made sure to educate ourselves about the best practices to put in place in order to prevent COVID infections to keep both our patients and staff safe.
What changes should you expect at NSC?
Bookings
We will be welcoming people back into the clinic in priority groups starting with those who had an appointment cancelled due to lockdown. We contacted people to confirm their availability or change their appointments. We have offered early access to our waiting list, and now our diary is fully open as usual.
Online payments
We have also introduced a new booking system that allows you to pre-pay online for your appointment, we will still take cash payments, however we would prefer if you pay contactless where you can.
Social distancing measures
As of today appointments will be longer so that we can ensure enough time for cleaning, sanitising and aeration of the clinic between patients.
To ensure social distancing, the waiting room is closed and each patient will be able to enter the clinic at the time of their appointment only.
Pre appointment health screening
Upon arrival, we will carry out a pre-appointment heath screening to include recent infection and Covid vaccine status to ensure the safety of both our staff and other patients.
Personal protective equipment
At NSC we take cleanliness very seriously by following the government guidelines when it comes to PPE and sanitation. The staff at NSC have been trained, we will all wear our gloves and mask as usual and we have also introduced the use of a face shield and an apron. The day of your appointment, we will kindly ask you to wear a mask as well.
